Bring full-cycle bookkeeping expertise to an Eastern Ontario office team managing accounts, payroll, banking, and financial statements.
This experienced Controller / Bookkeeper manages the books for an established, family-owned HVAC company. The work suits someone familiar with Eastern Ontario communities and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities span receivables, payables, journal entries, payroll, HR administration, banking, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare journal entries accurately and independently
- Run payroll and handle HR administration
- Oversee banking activities and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements independently
- Experience managing books from start to finish
- Confidence working with little supervision
- Knowledge of Eastern Ontario communities
- Organized and reliable approach to daily work
- Bookkeeping certificate is an asset, not required
Use full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and reconciliation skills as a Controller / Bookkeeper serving Eastern Ontario communities.
