Controller​/Bookkeeper

We’re looking for an experienced controller / bookkeeper who lives in the area and knows our Eastern Ontario communities well. You’ll manage our books and be a key part of our office team.

Whether you’ve spent years managing the books for a small business or you’re a seasoned bookkeeper ready to join a friendly, family-run team, we’d love to hear from you.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare journal entries
• Run payroll and handle HR administration
• Oversee banking and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements independently

• Confidence managing the books from start to finish with little supervision
• Someone organized, reliable and ready to jump in from day one
• A bookkeeping certificate is an asset, but it isn’t required. Extensive experience counts just as much.
