At Manulife, the ASO Billing Specialist manages billing for Administrative Services Only accounts. The position requires Workorder Inquiry Tool and Amendment Implementation Manager experience, financial reconciliation, advanced spreadsheets, and data analysis. It supports monthly Bill Run tasks during Business Days 1 through 8.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Workorder Inquiry Tool and Amendment Implementation Manager daily
- Prepare journal entries and complete accounting tasks
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly
- Validate billing data against internal controls
- Communicate timelines and issues with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Experience with pivot tables, macros, and data analysis
- Understanding of Sponsor Financial Services system feeds
- Knowledge of Group Benefits business operations
- Familiarity with Manuconnect, Clients II, or Vitech
