Become a key part of Bancroft Youth Unlimited’s mission as an Administrative Assistant. This 7.5-hour weekly role supports the Satellite Director with vital administrative tasks.
In this position, you will assist with various operational aspects of Bancroft Youth Unlimited, focusing on effective communication and organization. Responsibilities include managing office tasks, fundraising efforts, and developing new ministry opportunities to support local youth initiatives. Your contribution will be instrumental in advancing the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing administrative tasks for the Satellite Director

• Organize and maintain office activities and projects

• Edit and proofread satellite communications accurately

• Manage petty cash and office expenses efficiently

• Organize fundraising events and engage volunteers
Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and written communication skills

• Previous administrative experience is an asset

• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially

• Eagerness to participate in personal development opportunities
