Position: Executive Administrative Support to the CAO
Take on a vital role by providing executive administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer in Peterborough. Your expertise will enhance operational effectiveness and governance responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level support and priority management

• Coordinate sensitive communications and follow-up actions

• Assist in strategic project coordination and initiative tracking

Requirements:

• Experience in Public Administration or related education

• Five years of progressive executive support experience

• Knowledge of municipal governance and legislation

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong judgment and diplomacy in communications
