The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in administrative or hospitality roles, ensuring that the showroom is consistently organized and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include coordinating guest arrivals and supporting event logistics while managing essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain showroom presentations
• Welcome guests and coordinate their arrivals smoothly
• Provide hospitality support for meetings and events
• Handle calendar management and Salesforce updates
• Assist with shipping and receiving during operations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or client-facing roles
• Attention to detail and strong presentation skills
• Polished interpersonal and communication abilities
• Highly organized and skilled in multitasking
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
