Reporting to the VP of Insurance Operations, you'll be a strategic partner, aligning enterprise priorities with the Insurance Operations roadmap. Your expertise will guide complex initiatives while collaborating with leaders to surface risks and ensure accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and refresh the Insurance Operations strategy and roadmap
• Lead integrated business planning with operational priorities
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
• Oversee high-priority transformation initiatives and validate scopes
• Anticipate execution challenges and monitor industry trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Significant senior-level experience in strategy and transformation
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
