About the role:
At Compass ELC Millbrook, you will work as a School Age Childhood Educator alongside some of the most passionate, caring, and dedicated educators in the industry. You will spend your time engaging, connecting, and learning alongside children, families, community partners, and co-workers. You are passionate about early learning and care, emergent curriculum, and lifelong learning. You are energetic, resourceful, and creative in your pursuits of creating learning opportunities, building connections, and engaging with children and families.
This position will be working in a kindergarten or school-age classroom in a split shift. You will work hours per week in a split shift from : am to : am in before-school programming and pm to pm in after-school programming with some additional hours in between your split shift, Monday to Friday. During PA days, Winter break, and March break, this role will work full-time hours.
This role has the potential to continue into the Summer of for full-time hours.
Hours will be based on the needs and funding of the program. Program hours are : am to pm.

OR is currently pursuing or is interested in pursuing their ECE diploma. OR has an alternative childcare designation that is eligible for Director's Approval Child and Youth, Recreation and Leisure, and Ontario Certified Teachers - Primary and Junior)
