Position: Site Manager Role with Medium-Sized Developer

• Report directly to the Contract Manager

• Facilitate subcontractor meetings

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in traditional housing builds

• Ability to manage a busy construction site

• Experience in training site staff

• Hold a valid CSCS Black card

• First Aid and Scaffold awareness required
