Position: Senior Site Superintendent for $50M Project
Lead a major commercial project in Peterborough, Ontario as a Senior Site Superintendent. This role involves overseeing extensive site operations and managing a team on a $50 million ground-up development.

We are searching for a highly experienced Senior Site Superintendent to direct a significant commercial construction project over approximately two years. You will be responsible for executing daily operations, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building standards. This position demands strong leadership skills and extensive construction experience to navigate complexities and maintain project integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily construction activities from start to finish

• Develop and execute project schedules in collaboration with the team

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and personnel on site

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations

• Conduct regular safety and progress meetings

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience

• Experience delivering projects valued at $30 million or greater

• Strong knowledge of Ontario construction practices and codes

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and priorities
