Become part of an exciting new housing site in Alconbury as a 360 Operator starting September 28, 2026. You'll earn £23 per hour while working on this vital project.
This opportunity lasts for 3-4 months, with the chance for extension based on construction timelines. A CPCS/NPORS Card for operating 10-tonne+ machinery is required, along with your own PPE. Successful applicants should possess housing industry experience and the ability to work well in a team following directives from supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the 360 excavator during plot works
• Collaborate effectively with other workers on-site
• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper PPE is worn
• Keep work areas organized and equipment in good condition
• Report any machinery issues to site management
Requirements:
• CPCS/NPORS Card for 360 operation
• Previous experience in residential construction
• Ability to communicate efficiently with teams
• UTR number for CIS payment
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
