Collections Customer Account Representative

GM Financial has five openings for Customer Account Representatives on the collections team. In this role, you will engage in both outbound and inbound communication to manage delinquent accounts. You will enhance client satisfaction by resolving issues and mitigating future actions while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to follow up on delinquent accounts

• Address incoming customer calls to resolve issues

• Uphold GM Financial’s reputation during interactions

• Coordinate with repossession and external agencies

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• Experience in collections or customer service desired

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations

• Understanding of financial services is a plus

• Organized and detail-driven
