Overview
Salary: £35k - £40k per year + Benefits per annum
Service Advisor role within a progressive dealer group for a well-respected brand, based in Peterborough.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers in the service reception
- Book in vehicles for service and repair
- Raise and close service jobs (job cards)
- Obtain authorisations for work to be carried out
- Liaise with the workshop on work in progress
- Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system
- Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling
- Experience in a main dealer environment
- Excellent customer service, upselling and administration skills
- Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is advantageous
