Temporary Part-Time Branch Ambassador

Elevate member service as a Temporary Part-Time Branch Ambassador at Kawartha Financial Services in Peterborough, Ontario. Support members with exceptional service and assist in various banking transactions.

This role requires 24-32 hours per week at the Lansdowne Place Branch over a 14-15 month duration. As a Branch Ambassador, you'll strengthen member loyalty, aid customers in person and through other channels, and provide crucial administrative support. Your impact will help enhance financial well-being, education about modern banking practices, and collaboration with advisory teams for tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create member loyalty through excellent service

• Assist in-person, electronically, or by telephone

• Direct members to Advisors for financial advice

• Support routine transactions effectively

• Educate on the new branch design and services

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Organizational abilities for administrative tasks

• Prior banking or customer service experience preferred
