In this full-time Customer Service Specialist position, you will act as the primary contact for customers, addressing and elevating issues related to order fulfillment. A strong emphasis is placed on proactive communication and collaboration, ensuring that production and shipment delays are navigated smoothly. You'll develop relationships with key customers and support the foundation of Dynacast’s reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as single point of contact for customer issues
• Monitor production of orders to specifications
• Elevate serious issues swiftly to appropriate teams
• Communicate updates on delays and tooling issues
• Follow quality policies to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with QAD or similar MRP systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Sense of urgency in resolving conflicts
