In your role as a Branch Ambassador, you'll provide essential assistance to members and non-members alike through various channels. You will support transactions, guide members toward Advisors for tailored advice, and promote understanding of our innovative branch design. This position is suited for candidates with a strong customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to enhance member loyalty

• Assist members via phone, in person, and electronically

• Connect members with Advisors for needs-based guidance

• Facilitate routine transactions with accuracy

• Educate members about our new banking solutions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong customer service and organizational skills

• Background in customer service or banking advantageous

• Ability to adapt to a supportive team-driven environment

• Commitment to inclusivity and respect in the workplace
