EMCO Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide sales support to customers via telephone, email, and walk-ins at our Profit Centres. You will answer inquiries, generate leads, and close sales to increase profit sharing, with support to the Outside Sales function.
Qualifications include 1 year of customer service or counter sales experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage orders and backorders in a fast-paced environment.
