Become a Seasonal Customer Service Representative with LCBO, where you'll create memorable holiday shopping experiences from November 16 to December 31. Provide excellent service and support customers in-store across Ontario.
This role requires a passionate individual eager to help shoppers during the festive season. You'll receive paid online training to enhance your customer service skills while discovering the nuances of wine, beer, cider, and spirits. Work on-site and engage with customers to ensure a delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the POS/Cash system efficiently
• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Conduct customer experience and postal code surveys
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness
• Lift cases weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly
Requirements:
• Valid work permit or SIN required
• Minimum 18 years old
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Weekend availability for shifts
• Flexibility around holiday hours
