The team at Grand Village Dental Peterborough, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a full-time/part-time basis. The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate is skilled at helping patients feel at ease, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and can work independently as needed.

• Higher than standard % on Collections
• Accommodation for out-station candidates
• Solid patient base
• High-producing dental practice
• Around 300 New patients per month
• 2-3 Hygienists per associate every day
• Full-time or Part-time position
• Permanent employment
• State-of-the-art technologies and the most advanced dental instruments (PAN, CBCT, ITERO)
• GA suite

• Saturday - Tuesday
• Flexible hours

Commission-based pay structure, 40% or higher based on experience

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS or DMD) from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Registered or in the process of registering with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
