Position: Regional Practice Management Leadership Role
Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners is hiring a Regional Practice Manager to oversee operations in pediatric and orthodontic practices. Drive operational success and enhance patient experience across multiple locations.

In this leadership role, you'll manage the operations of pediatric and orthodontic dental practices at Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring productivity, developing growth strategies, and implementing key initiatives. Collaboration with various internal teams will be vital in addressing operational challenges and enhancing both patient experience and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations for multiple pediatric and orthodontic practices

• Identify opportunities and develop strategic growth plans

• Implement corporate initiatives and manage action plans

• Act as the primary contact for corporate and practice teams

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Marketing teams

Requirements:

• 2 years of Office Manager experience in orthopedic dentistry

• Experience in management related to business operations

• Proven ability to manage multiple practice locations

• Strong knowledge of financial and operational metrics

• Skills in staff scheduling and inventory oversight
