We are seeking a dedicated Sterilization Technician to work at Peterborough Dental Clinic, where teamwork and integrity are paramount.

Your role will involve cleaning, packaging, and sterilizing instruments, while ensuring adherence to IPAC standards and regulations. This position is vital for supporting the clinical team and enhancing patient experiences through a safe and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and package dental instruments following compliance standards

• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment efficiently

• Maintain accurate records for audit readiness

• Ensure a safe and organized reprocessing area

• Identify and report sterilization equipment issues promptly

Requirements:

• Previous clinical experience in sterilization preferred

• Completion of Dental Assisting or MDRT program desired

• Familiarity with IPAC standards is an asset

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
