Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in Ojibwe language and heritage

• Design and implement culturally relevant lesson plans

• Monitor student engagement and effectiveness of teaching methods

• Work with other educators for integrated learning experiences

• Communicate regularly with families about student progress
Requirements:

• Valid Ontario College of Teachers certification

• Recent police check with Vulnerable Sector Search required

• Positive track record in teaching Indigenous languages

• High level of commitment to student success

• Willingness to learn and adapt teaching methods
