Bilingual Group Travel Coordinator (French and English Required)
Hybrid one day per week in Montreal or Toronto.
Remote if outside of Greater Toronto or Montreal area.

WhatYou’ll Do
You will be at the heart of building exciting group travel itineraries across North America. You’ll collaborate with tour operators, source and coordinate services with suppliers, and design compelling proposals that turn travel visions into reality.
Responsibilities- Liaise with tour operator clients to understand travel needs
- Research and develop customized group travel itineraries
- Create and send detailed sales proposals and pricing estimates
- Communicate with clients and suppliers by phone and email
- Adjust programs and pricing to help secure bookings
- Collaborate with Buying and Operations teams for seamless file transition
- Ensure compliance with supplier terms and complete group booking agreements
- 2 to 3 years of tourism experience, preferably in a receptive or group planning context
- Education in tourism or a related field
- Full fluency in French and English, written and spoken
- Strong computer proficiency, including Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and math skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused mindset
- Competitive compensation: $44,000 to $45,000 annually
- Hybrid work model in Montreal or GTA (1 day in-office), or remote if outside these regions
