We are currently looking for a Site Engineer who will own site engineering delivery—driving safe, high‑quality work, leading day‑to‑day assurance, and supporting junior engineers.
Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out, inspections, and approvals.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to solve construction challenges and keep works on programme, budget, and quality targets.
- Prepare temporary works briefs, red‑line drawings, and 3‑month lookaheads for your section of works.
- Apply policies, procedures, and legal requirements, with a strong focus on health, safety, and hazard minimisation.
- Maintain accurate site records and support coordination with engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver to spec, drawings, and digital models.
- HND or HNC / Civil Engineering Technician Level 4 with CAD and BIM proficiency.
- Strong problem‑solving skills across both design and site environments.
- Competent in the use of robotic total stations and GPS surveying equipment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Health & Safety: 3‑day First Aid, Site Safety Supervisor Training Scheme (SSSTS) and a role‑specific CSCS card.
