Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant operations for efficiency

• Develop and implement safety and quality measures

• Oversee financial planning and cost control

• Represent plant operations to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• At least 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience

• Ability to foster positive employee relations

• Demonstrated manufacturing acumen and technical expertise

• Proficient in financial analysis and decision-making
