• Design and develop instrumentation and control systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Lead or contribute to design reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex systems and equipment.
• Provide technical leadership on projects, including risk identification, solution development, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to proposal development, cost estimation, and technical presentations to support business growth.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in design engineering within a regulated industry such as nuclear, aerospace, or oil and gas.
• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Automation Engineering, or a related field, with a valid PEO license.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to complex engineering projects across full project life cycles.
• Strong knowledge of design documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical, and familiarity with systems design and testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with CSA standards, CANDU systems, or IBM DOORS is considered an asset.
