Key Responsibilities- Manage complex land use planning projects
- Prepare proposals for public and private clients
- Oversee project documentation and approvals

- 10+ years of relevant planning experience
- RPP designation and membership in OPPI
- Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Knowledge of planning principles and legislation
