Position: Senior Engineer for Synchronous Machine Controls
Lead the charge in synchronous machine controls as a Senior Engineer. Spearhead the design and integration of innovative excitation control systems for industrial applications.
This role requires a hands-on electrical engineer to dynamically interact with project teams globally. You'll develop advanced power control systems while supporting manufacturing and testing activities. Your leadership will be vital in not only improving product designs but also in seizing new business opportunities within the heavy industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement excitation controls for large generators and motors

• Design variable voltage control systems

• Collaborate with international engineering teams

• Provide support to manufacturing and testing personnel

• Lead product design improvements and innovations
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years in power control systems design

• 3+ years in installation engineering and project management

• Professional Engineer registration in Ontario or eligibility

• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and applications
