About The Role
As a Principal Project Manager, Component Delivery you will support the execution and delivery of complex manufacturing projects within the nuclear sector. You will ensure activities align with defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality commitments. This is a principal-level individual contributor role focused on coordinating cross-functional project activities, tracking execution progress, supporting planning and reporting processes, and escalating risks or issues to maintain project performance.
You will work across functional teams to support manufacturing execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and project delivery outcomes.
You will report to the Manager, Project Delivery and be located at our office in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of manufacturing projects to meet customer and contractual requirements
- Direct project teams to achieve cost, schedule, and quality goals
- Manage project performance, including budget control and timeline adherence
- Escalate and resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery commitments
- Manage project planning and reporting activities, including schedules and resource allocation
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in nuclear industry manufacturing, engineering, or construction, including 5+ years of experience leading project teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline or equivalent
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and ERP systems such as SAP
- Mentions in your application are desirable: PMP certification, P.Eng. in a relevant field
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $106,000 to $132,500 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
