Take on a pivotal role as a Crown Surveyor with the Ministry of Natural Resources in Ontario. Your expertise will ensure the authority and integrity of Crown lands.
This senior position in the Office of the Surveyor General will have you acting as a key advisor, resolving legal survey issues and overseeing various surveying projects. Contribute to the development of important policies while enhancing the province’s surveying practices within a cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on legal survey matters and provide expertise
• Engage in negotiations involving the Crown and First Nations
• Oversee project management for survey descriptions
• Participate in crafting survey policies and regulations
Requirements:
• Licensed Ontario Land Surveyor or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of land statutes and regulations
• Proficient in surveying technology and software
• Skilled in research and analytical problem-solving
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
Contribute your surveying talents to Ontario’s Office of the Surveyor General.
