In this role, you will support the Customer Solutions/Commercial team by coordinating and developing comprehensive proposal packages. You will drive the proposal process from customer engagement through contract execution, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with company norms. Your expertise in risk management and cross-department collaboration will be vital as you reinforce relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage proposal documentation and pricing activities

• Collaborate with engineering teams for proposal accuracy

• Develop risk management plans and estimates

• Facilitate internal approval processes for bids

• Maintain up-to-date project information in JD Edwards

Requirements:

• A degree in Business or Engineering

• 1-5 years of experience in proposals

• Strong illustrative communication skills

• Experience with mechanical, I&C, or software design

• Excellent organizational skills under pressure
