As a Proposal Coordinator for BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc., you will engage in technically complex proposals focusing on automated fueling and reactor maintenance systems. Your job will include managing the proposal process from RFP to evaluation while supporting negotiation efforts and contract management. You will also delve into continuous improvement and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of technical proposals for bids

• Develop and manage internal risk assessment plans

• Coordinate cost estimation for proposals

• Manage project status and forecast information

• Facilitate DOA approval for Purchase Orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• 1-5 years in engineering proposal coordination

• Familiarity with project engineering environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus
