As a Mechanical Engineer in this role, you will lead the design and analysis of systems that are paramount for maintaining pressure boundaries in CANDU reactors. Engaging in both the detailed design and testing phases, you will ensure that all regulatory requirements are met while working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive design/analysis for complex mechanical equipment

• Approve technical documentation and specifications

• Utilize 3D modeling and stress analysis techniques

• Participate in project meetings and technical reviews

• Manage compliance with industry codes and safety standards

Requirements:

• B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• 3+ years experience in a regulated environment

• Proficiency in CAD and stress analysis software

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Creativity in problem-solving and design
