You will be tasked with managing various metallurgical processes and data analysis while ensuring that all client deadlines are met. This position involves working closely with a team of technicians, interpreting results, and engaging directly with clients. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in guiding junior staff and enhancing project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling for metallurgical test workflows

• Participate in large-scale pilot plant operations

• Analyze metallurgical data and compile reports

• Engage with clients and manage project budgets

• Provide technical guidance to the laboratory team

Requirements:

• Degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or similar

• 3–8 years of experience in a related field

• Proven ability to lead technical teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and operations
