Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct metallurgical testing and process evaluation
• Monitor project timelines and workflows
• Prepare detailed technical documents and reports
• Provide advice and oversight to junior metallurgists
• Address daily production and technical challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geoscience
• 3–8 years of industry experience in metallurgy
• Strong project management and budget skills
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively
• Competency in relevant software tools
