Branch Ambassador Member Services

Serve Kawartha Financial Services members in Peterborough through excellent customer service, routine transactions, and needs-based referrals at Lansdowne Place Branch.

As a Branch Ambassador, you will support member loyalty and service excellence across in-person, electronic, and telephone interactions. You will assist members and non-members, explain the branch’s new design and banking approach, and direct members to Advisors. The position also provides administrative support to lending and investment personnel.

• Assist members and non-members through multiple service channels
• Support members with routine financial transactions
• Direct members to Advisors for needs-based advice
• Educate members about the new branch design
• Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Sales skills
• Customer service or banking experience considered an asset
