Support clients with everyday banking at CIBC as a Client Engagement Associate in Peterborough, using financial products and digital banking expertise. Work onsite full-time.
As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a banking centre. Answer questions, assist with transactions, explain banking products and services, and connect clients with appropriate team members. The regular schedule includes 15 weekly hours, with banking centre hours potentially including evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and banking products
- Answer questions and assist with transactions
- Complete sales of basic banking products
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Identify specialist referral opportunities for client goals
- Knowledge of financial services products
- Client service and transaction services skills
- Digital literacy and technology adaptability
- Empathy and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility for onsite work and multiple banking centres
