Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead resource consent applications

• Serve as an expert witness at Council hearings

• Provide mentorship to junior team members

• Engage in policy and planning improvements

• Support compliance and monitoring efforts district-wide

Requirements:

• Degree in planning or resource management

• 7+ years of relevant experience

• Familiar with Resource Management Act requirements

• Proficient in technical communication

• Full New Zealand driver's licence
