Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and revision of organizational policies

• Engage with teams to gather diverse perspectives

• Maintain the organizational policy library and resources

• Simplify policies for enhanced clarity and utility

• Collaborate on writing projects for learning and grants

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Public Administration or related field

• Experience in policy development and interpretation

• Strong skills in research and translating complex information

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with AODA and CCEYA is an asset
