As a Beauty Specialist, your role is pivotal in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement. You will utilize your selling skills and beauty product knowledge to create a positive environment for everyone. Your responsibilities include promoting sales through the PC Optimum program and actively encouraging customer participation in in-store events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales of beauty products and services

• Promote participation in the PC Optimum program

• Provide superior customer service every time

• Engage in eClienteling for customer interactions

• Attend vendor schools and educational workshops

Requirements:

• Proven selling experience in Cosmetics

• Strong consultative skills for customer engagement

• Good knowledge of beauty products and services

• Strong communication and decision-making abilities

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stock shelves
