This permanent casual position invites compassionate individuals to empower clients by assisting with daily living skills. As a Direct Support Professional, you will support clients in realizing their potential and navigating their communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in daily life and personal care

• Encourage family and community engagement

• Enable clients to learn necessary life skills

• Advocate for the rights and preferences of individuals

• Maintain records of client support and achievements

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation for travel between locations

• Preferred 3-6 months experience in related fields

• Educational background in developmental services or similar

• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in care

• Ability to meet various accessibility needs of clients
