Personal Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document residents' physical and emotional changes

• Assist with daily living activities like bathing and feeding

• Ensure safe transfer and mobility of residents

• Participate in quality improvement and risk management programs

• Support new staff mentoring initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus

• Completed a PSW Training Program or Year 1 of RN/RPN

• Experience as a Facility PSW is an asset
