The Peterborough Family Health Team seeks a Health Records Clerk to support patient care and clinic operations at the downtown Peterborough site. You will manage health records, scans, and EMR workflow while assisting with patient attachment and front-desk coverage.
Reporting to the Patient Services Supervisor, you will ensure privacy compliance, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with clinical staff to support day-to-day operations of the Connect Clinic.
