Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately document residents' care and health changes
• Assist in activities like dressing and mobility
• Follow safety protocols for resident transfers
• Contribute to risk management and quality improvement strategies
• Mentor new staff and promote development opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 required
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Completion of PSW Training Program or Year 1 RN/RPN
• Facility PSW experience preferred
