Join Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) as a Physiotherapist specializing in inpatient physiotherapy. Provide essential rehabilitation services in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
As a part-time, permanent Physiotherapist, you will assess and treat patients undergoing rehabilitation for various conditions. Your expertise in physical therapy will help improve their functional abilities while adhering to professional guidelines. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients with physical dysfunction for tailored therapy
• Provide consultations and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care
• Operate physical therapy modalities and equipment
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
Requirements:
• Completion of a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Preferred Rostered Oxygen Titration and Suctioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to client-centered practice and professional growth
