At Five Counties Children’s Centre, we have supported children and youth for 50 years, aiming to enhance their independence through diverse services. As a permanent Physiotherapist, you will assess clients, develop service plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Your contribution will promote quality service and enrich the wellness of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and reassess clients referred for physiotherapy

• Develop service plans in consultation with care teams

• Stay updated on current physiotherapy practices

• Ensure timely compliance with reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy

• Registration with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to family-centered approaches

• Reliable transportation for travel between locations
