This role emphasizes client-centered care through assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals facing mental health and addiction issues. The position is integral to the team model at the HART Hub, which aims to promote recovery and improve clients' quality of life through comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and treatment for clients in need

• Implement recovery and rehabilitation interventions

• Collaborate with the Integrated Health Team onsite

• Advocate and connect clients to community resources

• Engage in case management and documentation

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent

• Registration with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Expertise in mental health and addictions intervention

• Three years of related experience preferred

• Valid driver's license for client transportation
