CBI Home Health is seeking passionate Personal Support Workers in Millbrook/Cavan to assist clients in living independently. As a health care team member, you'll provide personal care, support mobility, and document client conditions. Expected tasks may include light housekeeping and reporting any changes to your Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care in client homes
• Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
• Observe and document changes in client conditions
• Perform light housekeeping as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Proof of negative TB test and up-to-date immunizations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
• Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
