Lead operations in patient care as a Manager at Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC). Oversee the Medicine Ward Aide Team while enhancing efficiency in healthcare delivery.

In this full-time, temporary role, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth operations of B6 under the Director of Medicine. With a focus on best practices, you'll facilitate unit-level ward aide support while ensuring quality improvement and patient safety programs are effectively implemented. Building sustainable relationships with all stakeholders is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Medicine Ward Aide Team

• Oversee quality improvement and patient safety programs

• Ensure efficient material management practices

• Develop policies aligned with PRHC’s strategic objectives

• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 3-5 years clinical/management experience

• Leadership and interpersonal skills

• Experience with LEAN methodologies preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
