You will assist the HR Manager in executing plans related to talent retention, recruitment, and corporate communications. This role suits students pursuing Human Resources with strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Plan in areas like diversity and retention

• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs

• Help with recruitment tasks, including interviews

• Organize recruitment campaigns and campus events

• Lead Co-op and Campus projects

Requirements:

• Pursuing a post-secondary HR or Business program

• High commitment to client service and communication

• Microsoft Office skills required

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
